Grand Walkerhill Seoul

Staffs are very professional, excellent service

I booked with deluxe mountain view, but then they gave me the building view so I requested to get my original reservation with the mountain view. hopefully they can change it soon

All staff are very professional and kind and focused on customer satisfaction. We will comeback.

Excellent location, services and food.

Well maintained, has all amenities on site

Connectivity to the main city centre

Excellent hotel with clean and well decorated and polite staff

Did not accept Visa credit cards

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Too far away from the main city. Restaurants closes too early at 9pm. There is nothing much to do around the hotel area. Restaurants prices were too expensive and the quality of the food is not worth the amount paid.

It’s a good spot for group trips. Casino is a big plus.

The rooms were extremely small for 5*. The breakfast over 50€ I see it definitely to expensive.

Very good staff and well cleaned

Little bit far away from the substation

Staff was lovely! so kind and polite. Very clean and everything is of quality. its a CU store downstairs wich is really becouse the hotel is placed a bit far away from everything.

some things were expensive, just to be expensive. one latte was 10/11 euro, wich is unneccessary expensive, Even for this place.

The check in process was efficient and the hotel staff were pleasant.

Lack of electric socket points.

Has a beautiful reception and very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was really outdated and not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel

cleaness and room design

almost missed flight out due to inability to get a taxi at the hotel. valet people refused to call any taxis and told us to just wait (hope) for a taxi to turn up. eventually one turned up to drop someone up 20 mins later by which time it was getting very late. complained to management who also didn't seem very helpful. The hotel location is quite isolated and surprised by their system and attitude. very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. also, unrelated, the cost of laundry was ridiculous, seemed like a rip-off!

Clean! Kind! Convenient!

Hard to find a restaurant to have a meal after 9 pm.

Great facility, nice park, clean room, free mini bar

Small toilet ( size is similar to japanese budget hotel)

Exceptional qualities in staff services, room quality and food quality. Wine shop

Price of buffee dinner

The bed, the view, the lounge and the front desk staffs (Mr. Han specially) thank you for the hospitality.

Short staying.

The property was clean

It was misleading. I went there with the intentions to play games at the casino. I was told that because I didn’t have a passport I couldn’t gamble. When I mentioned to the hotel staff that the only reason I chose the hotel was to gamble they told me it wasn’t their problem.

Very poor

The air conditioning was not working properly and when they sent someone he said it was working but it wasn't I was sweating like crazy . I asked to change the room but they said they dont have a room , But I can notice the hotel was empty . at the end they sent me a fan !! over all really bad experience !!!

Too many people for breakfast

Taxi stand is slow

Pleasant

The price of the dinner buffet was ridiculous
